Here’s a simple guide so you know exactly how everything works.

🎉 1. What You’re Getting

Every item in our shop is a digital download — things like:

• Lessons
• Printables
• Activity guides
• Editable templates

No boxes. No shipping. No waiting.
Your curriculum arrives instantly!

📥 2. How to Download Your Files

Right after you check out, two things happen:

A. Your Downloads Appear On-Screen

You’ll land on a confirmation page with a big friendly button that says Download.
Click it — boom. You’ve got your files.

B. A Download Email Heads Your Way

Within about a minute, you’ll get an email with:

• Your receipt
• A link to your files

If it doesn’t show up, peek in your spam folder. (Sometimes emails wander like kids during small group time.)

🔑 3. Access Anytime (Your Account)

If you created an account, you can log in whenever you want at:
My Account → Downloads

That’s your “resource locker” — all your purchased files in one place.

Checked out as a guest? No problem!
Just message us if you want an account set up later.

📁 4. File Types You’ll See

Most files come as:

• PDFs (for easy printing)
• ZIP folders (when lots of goodies are inside)
• DOCX / PPTX (when something is editable)

“The link isn’t working.”

It might be your church firewall being overprotective.
Try:

• A new browser
• Or a personal network (church WiFi can be… moody 😅)

“The file won’t open.”

Most files need:

• A PDF reader
• A ZIP extractor
• Or Microsoft Word/PowerPoint

Nothing fancy!

“I never got the email.”

Spam folder. Check there first.
(Emails sometimes hide behind the stage curtain for no reason.)
